Feel it Anyway

You made a mistake.
And suddenly, this heavy feeling shows up.
Guilt. Shame. That voice in your head saying, “You shouldʼve known better.”
Youʼre spiraling.
You want someone to fix it, say itʼs okay, make it disappear.
But then… someone says:
“Feel this.”
Not “cheer up.”
Not “look on the bright side.”
Just… feel it.
And for a second, youʼre like — wait, what?
Arenʼt we supposed to get over bad feelings?
But hereʼs the thing:
You donʼt have to rush through every uncomfortable emotion.
You donʼt have to slap on gratitude when youʼre hurting.
You donʼt have to be okay all the time.
Sometimes the most healing thing you can do
is just feel the feeling.
Let it ekzist. Let you ekzist — in it.
Because emotions arenʼt problems to solve.
Theyʼre experiences to move through.
And the more you let them in,
the less power they hold.
So if youʼre hurting, or heavy, or just… off —
you donʼt need to explain it.
You just need to feel it.
Thatʼs part of the work too.
